Line Functional Features

Integrated pre-processing: The whole line integrates hydraulic uncoiling, multi-roller leveling, precision slitting and tension recoiling in one station. It completes slitting of wide steel coils in one stop to supply standard narrow strips for downstream forming lines.

Flexible multi-size adaptation: By adjusting the spacing of disc shears and roller gaps, the line can slit steel strips of varying thicknesses and widths, fully meeting the base material requirements for C-channel, U-channel and Z-beams used in solar mounting systems.

Aluminum Alloy Aging Furnace

Processable Profiles:Aluminum solar brackets, aluminum guide rails, aluminum PV frames and all types of 6000-series extruded aluminum profiles.

Line Functional Features

Integrated thermal aging treatment: Equipped with automatic roller table feeding, sealed heat preservation furnace, circulating hot air temperature control and uniform-speed discharging. Profiles are fully automatically conveyed without manual handling to realize continuous mass aging treatment.

Precise temperature control design: Tunnel-type sealed furnace body fitted with multiple circulating hot air fans ensures even and stable internal temperature. It accurately controls aging temperature and holding time to stably improve tensile and yield mechanical properties of aluminum profiles.

Compatible with long-length profiles: Supports 6–12 m long aluminum profiles, allowing multiple profiles to undergo heat treatment side by side simultaneously. Its production capacity matches the output rhythm of aluminum extrusion lines.

It follows aluminum extrusion to form a complete manufacturing chain for aluminum PV components: Aluminum billet extrusion → Thermal aging treatment → Surface coating.

Fully Automatic Aluminum Profile Anodizing Line

Processable Profiles:Aluminum solar brackets, aluminum guide rails, PV aluminum frames and 6000-series extruded aluminum profiles.

Line Functional Features:

Automatic material transfer: Overhead cranes with lifting fixtures transfer rows of profiles across treatment tanks automatically without manual contact with chemical solutions.

Mass profile compatibility: Special hanging fixtures can hold dozens of 6–12 m aluminum profiles at once. Uniform lifting and horizontal movement of cranes guarantee consistent immersion time for every single profile, with processing capacity matching the output pace of aging furnaces.

This anodizing line is core anti-corrosion surface treatment equipment for aluminum PV components. It forms a dense protective film via anodic oxidation, meeting anti-corrosion standards from AA10 to AA25 for diverse application scenarios.

Aluminum Profile Cooling Bed Conveying Line

Processable Profiles: Aluminum solar brackets, aluminum guide rails, PV aluminum frames and 6000-series extruded aluminum profiles.

Line Functional Features:

Integrated air-cooling conveying line: Hot extruded aluminum profiles go through continuous cooling, standing and transferring after feeding, with full automation and zero manual handling.

Uniform temperature control: Multiple side blow circulation fans are installed for zoned gradient air cooling to avoid deformation caused by rapid cooling. The temperature difference across the whole profile is evenly controlled to stabilize internal metallographic structure.

Dual parallel long-distance cooling bed: Layered roller tables can store dozens of 6–12 m long aluminum profiles in batches to buffer the output rhythm of extruders and match the processing capacity of downstream aging furnaces and anodizing/electrophoresis lines.

As core supporting equipment after aluminum extrusion for solar aluminum profiles, it connects the front-end manufacturing chain: Hot extrusion of aluminum billets → In-line air cooling bed → Thermal aging treatment, ensuring dimensional accuracy and stable mechanical properties of profiles for subsequent aging and surface treatment processes.

Torque Tube Integrated Forming Equipment

Producible profiles: Large square tubes, small square tubes, rectangular tubes.

Available sizes: Square tubes ranging from 40mm to 160mm; rectangular tubes customizable per client drawings.

Line Functional Features:

Fully integrated continuous forming: Combines uncoiling & feeding, multi-pass roll forming, high-frequency welding, weld leveling, fixed-length cutting and automatic blanking & collecting in one continuous process.

Laser punching: Custom hole patterns available per customer engineering drawings.

  Torque Tube Integrated Forming Equipment

Stamping & Precision Machining Equipment

Processable Products: Solar bracket clamps, connecting angle steels, small PV hardware fittings and various stamped parts.

Line Functional Features:

Integrated stamping & forming: Equipped with multiple special stamping dies to complete punching, bending, trimming and forming in one stop. A single machine can switch production between clamps, bracket connectors and other small parts.

Heavy-duty punch presses: 110T / 160T heavy open fixed-bed punch presses deliver sufficient stamping force, suitable for 3–10 mm thick galvanized steel with stable stamping dimensional accuracy and burr-free, distortion-free outputs.

Automatic feeding system: Matched with CNC long-stock feeding racks to realize continuous automatic feeding of long angle steels and steel strips for stamping, reducing manual loading/unloading frequency and boosting mass production efficiency of small parts.

Supports full-range processing of all PV mounting hardware, compatible with mass production of brackets for ground-mounted, rooftop, tracker and flexible solar systems.

  Stamping & Precision Machining Equipment

Laser Tube Cutting Machine

Processable Profiles:Square tube PV columns, round tube supports, H-beams, rectangular steel tubes and special-shaped structural steel pipes

Line Functional Features:
3D laser cutting technology: Fitted with rotary chucks for tubular workpieces to achieve full-perimeter cutting of square tubes, round tubes and H-beams, completing hole drilling, bevel cutting and end chamfering in one pass.

Fiber laser cutting process: Smooth, flat cutting edges requiring no secondary grinding with controllable dimensional tolerances to meet assembly precision requirements for tubular PV structure connections.

Fully automatic loading/unloading for long profiles: Heavy-duty feeding tables for 6–12 m pipes enable automatic bundling feeding, material separation, cutting and discharging, suitable for continuous mass processing of heavy structural pipes for PV power stations.

Core processing equipment for large-span and tracker PV mounting steel structures, used for fixed-length cutting, mounting hole drilling and bevel chamfering of structural pipes, matching production demands of heavy steel brackets for large centralized PV power plants.

Angle Bracket Forming Machine

Processable Workpieces:PV purlin support brackets, rear tension support angle steels, roof connecting fittings and all types of L-shaped structural connectors.

Line Functional Features:

Integrated forming & punching: The full line integrates angle steel uncoiling, roll forming, multi-station synchronous punching and fixed-length cutting, turning raw steel strips into finished angle brackets in a single continuous process.

Round Tube Automatic Forming Line

Producible Profiles & Specifications:Producible profiles: Round tube columns for PV brackets, main round tubes for tracker mounts, arched round tubes for agricultural PV greenhouses and cold-formed circular structural steel pipes.

Available outer diameters: 40mm–150mm.

Line Functional Features:

Continuous roll forming: Dozens of vertical and horizontal roller modules conduct progressive bending and rolling of steel strips to produce round tubes with uniform roundness and distortion-free tube walls, ideal for thick-walled large-diameter PV round tubes.

Laser punching: Custom hole layouts available per customer technical drawings.
