Recently, VIP Solar’s 10MWp intelligent tracking solar mounting system project in Pakistan has been officially completed and connected to the grid, adding another highlight of clean energy to South Asia and marking the latest achievement in energy cooperation under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.

● Single-column Dual-row, Stable & Efficient
The project adopts VIP Solar’s single-column dual-row horizontal single-axis tracking system. One column supports two rows of module arrays, greatly reducing the number of piles and civil construction costs while ensuring system stability. The dual-row layout improves land utilization and allows denser module arrangement, which is especially suitable for industrial zones with limited land resources. Multi-point drive and mechanical linkage ensure stable and reliable operation.
● Smart Tracking, Boosted Power Generation
Different from traditional tracking systems, this project is fully equipped with an intelligent sun-tracking control system, empowering every kilowatt-hour of solar power with technology and achieving a qualitative improvement in power generation efficiency:• AI monitoring system: real-time data analysis, remote control, and fault early warning• RS485 communication: supports multi-unit networking and centralized management.
● Premium Materials for Extreme Climates
Karachi is located on the Arabian Sea coast, with year-round high temperature and humidity, resulting in much stronger corrosion to metal structures than inland areas.To address this, the main structure of the project uses high-strength steel, key components are coated with Zn-Al-Mg, all bearings are made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, and fasteners are upgraded to SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring long-term stable operation of the mounting system from the source.
