●Dual Structure, Flexible Adaptation

The project breaks through the single-structure limitation of traditional PV carport mounting systems, and innovatively adopts a dual-structure layout of "Y-shape" and "7-shape". The two structures each have their own advantages and complement each other flexibly.

They can be freely combined according to the site conditions and functional positioning of different areas, which not only maximizes the use of site space but also realizes the optimal arrangement of PV modules. This achieves a dual improvement in space utilization and power generation efficiency, allowing every inch of space to exert its maximum value.

● Premium Materials for Durable Protection

Malaysia’s tropical marine climate, characterized by high temperature and humidity, poses stringent challenges to the structural durability of PV carport mounting systems.

To address this, the project’s main structure adopts high-strength steel and strictly implements hot-dip galvanizing throughout the entire process, with the zinc coating thickness precisely controlled at above 65 μm — well above conventional industry standards.

This effectively resists erosion from harsh environments such as high temperature, humidity and salt spray, fundamentally ensuring the long-term stable operation of the mounting system and safeguarding the project throughout its full life cycle.

From production and manufacturing to on-site installation, the project has always adhered to the core concept of “technically controlled”. Intelligent details are integrated into every procedure.

From standardized management in factory production to refined operation in on-site construction, the whole process is traceable, manageable and controllable, enabling craftsmanship to take root in a standardized system.

● Integrated Waterproofing, Safe and Worry-Free

The practicality of a PV carport relies on the ultimate pursuit of waterproof safety.

The project is equipped with custom-designed U-shaped / M-shaped drainage channels, together with high-sealing rubber gaskets and a dedicated module clamp system, achieving seamless connection between PV panels and the carport structure and forming a comprehensive, integrated waterproof system.

This prevents rainwater leakage from damaging vehicles and the structure, without affecting the light absorption and power generation efficiency of PV modules. It truly realizes “protection upon installation, safer power generation”, making the PV carport a high-quality space that combines power generation and architectural protection.

Green Benefits, Proven by Data

The total capacity of this project exceeds 943 kW. It is expected to deliver more than one million kWh of clean electricity to the local area annually and reduce carbon emissions by hundreds of tons.

While providing shade and rain protection, the project truly achieves “one structure, dual functions”, empowering sustainable development.
